The following is a minimum list of things you should bring.
- An hunting license from your home State. (Mandatory to get an Ontario hunting license)
- For non-residents importing firearms, your confirmed Non-Resident Firearms Declaration form, which serves as your firearms license -- see Bringing Firearms into Canada
- Blaze Orange hat and hunting vest
- Cold weather clothing - layers are best
- Two pairs of boots - a light pair for highing and a well insulated pair for stand hunting or cold weather
- Handwarmers
- Camp shoes
- Backpack with essential hunting items
- Camera
- Handheld GPS (A must if you like to still hunt)
- Knife
- Basic field first aid kit
